It is close to both the ancient side and the new. Spa personel was very friendly and massages were very good. WiFi is not free (very bad in this age) food is ok, sea and sand is great

I forgot to mention that there was only 1 plug socket in room 612 that I stayed in and i had to pay €2 a day extra for a fridge in the room so i had to unplug the fridge so we could charge are phones and the toilet was broke had to lift off the lid and pull the plastic thing up by hand to flush it

Wifi is very bas first of all, and the rooms are terrible when we got in to the room the toilet was broke and let’s not talk about how bad the service is. They say All-Inclusive but a lot is with money: extra towels, wifi (which is so bad and doesn’t connect), there is no room service or a room clean up only after 4 freaking days. THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE!!! after all this i do NOT suggest this hotel to any one!

I dont recommend this hotel. Rooms are very small, toilets are not good, swimming pool is too small to be use. Beach is dirty. There are many hotels much better than this and same price.

Coming Altinkum hotel was on of the best choices of me, it is a great place for holiday as we in 2020 covid 19 era, they take care of the customer clean environment, it was great, near the beach ⛱, having delicious food with the sea view.
